Procedura aperta per l’affidamento del servizio relativo all’assunzione di un mutuo chirografario di € 3.500.000,00 a tasso fisso della durata di 20 anni, con piano di ammortamento “alla francese”, per l’acquisto di macchine irrigue ed accessori vari a servizio degli impianti pluvirrigui insistenti su parte del comprensorio della roggia Nuova, roggia Borgogna e di Caravaggio, da aggiudicarsi secondo il criterio del minor prezzo, ai sensi di quanto disposto dagli artt.71 e 108 del D.Lgs.36/2023 sulla base dei criteri indicati nel bando-disciplinare di gara.
