Procedura aperta per l’affidamento del servizio relativo all’assunzione di un mutuo chirografario di € 1.500.000,00 a tasso fisso della durata di 20 anni, con piano di ammortamento “alla francese”, per l’acquisizione della società Idroelettrica Bergamasca Srl, comprensivo anche di tutte le spese che si renderanno necessarie per la fusione della stessa con la società in house del Consorzio Inberg Srl, da aggiudicarsi secondo il criterio del minor prezzo, ai sensi di quanto disposto dagli artt.71 e 108 del D.Lgs.36/2023 sulla base dei criteri indicati nel bando-disciplinare di gara
