Description
This procurement has a two-part purpose. Firstly, the Norwegian School of Economics needs to upgrade its websites. NHH ́s publication tool for websites (CMS) must be upgraded from Episerver version 11 to Optimizely 12. In addition there is a need for an ongoing contract for operation and support for the websites. See Annex 1 - the Contracting Authority's requirement specifications for further information on the procurement ́s purpose.
