Description
Le marché comprend deux tranches, une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle. La tranche ferme consiste à accompagner la SEMTO dans la réalisation du dossier de réponse à la DSP Transports Urbains du TCO. La tranche optionnelle consiste à accompagner la SEMTO et à l'assister pour l'exécution du contrat de DSP, si la SEMTO est attributaire à l'issue de la mise en concurrence organisée par le TCO.
