<br/>Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires.<br/>Dans le cadre de son Schéma Directeur Immobilier Energétique et des obligations liées au décret tertiaire, la Ville de Petit-Quevilly souhaite conclure un Marché global de performance énergétique à paiement différé ayant pour objet la rénovation énergétique des établissements scolaires suivants : - Ecole Gerard Philippe - Ecole Gabriel Meret - Ecole Jeanne d'Arc - Ecole Pasteur - Ecole Clément - Ecole Jaurès Le montant estimé des travaux de rénovation énergétique pour l'ensemble de ces bâtiments peut être estimé à 11 000 000 euro(s) (hors dépenses annexes, relogement, études ….). Cette estimation n'a aucune valeur contractuelle et devra être affinée. Il s'agit de donner un ordre de grandeur aux candidats. Dans ce cadre, elle souhaite être accompagné d'une assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage en phase amont (faisabilité et opportunité) et aval (rédaction, passation, suivi exécution du marché global).
