Dans le cadre de l’intégration et du déploiement d’un nouveau Progiciel destiné à la gestion de ses activités, IN Groupe lance le présent marché d’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage afin de répondre à un besoin fonctionnel en compétences spécifiques lié au Projet d’intégration informatique susmentionné. Les Recettes sur le périmètre tenant compte : Déploiement de 4 core model existants et 2 sociétés industrielles (Finance, Industrie, Vente, Achat) Déploiement du core model projet et programme très partiellement existant et développé dans la phase 2 pour utilisation massive sur 2 sociétés industrielles (Finance, Industrie, Vente, Achat) et de services Complément du core model achat pour tenir compte de la commande publique Corrections apportées suite aux 2 golive et aux périodes d’hypercare et TME/TMA du premier déploiement Préparation de la bascule et structuration des données statiques et dynamiques Accompagnement des dry run avant Golive Accompagnement du Golive Accompagnement du post Golive (Hypercare) La conduite du changement est exclue de ce périmètre.
