<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions du cahier des charges.<br/>Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Il convient, compte tenu du calendrier prévisionnel figurant dans la convention TER 2022-2031, de recruter un nouvel assistant à maitrise d'ouvrage pour accompagner la Région Centre-Val de Loire à la fois dans la préparation de la contractualisation de son premier lot mise en concurrence et de la procédure associée mais également dans le suivi et la négociation de sortie de l'activité ferroviaire de ce lot de la convention monopolistique, le cas échéant.<br/>
