Le présent marché est un marché d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO). Il a pour objet de fournir à la Communauté d'Agglomération Cannes Pays de Lérins (C.A.C.P.L) une assistance technique, financière et juridique pour préparer les échéances des contrats de DSP d'assainissement actuels, étudier les différents modes de gestion envisageables, accompagner l'établissement public dans l'élaboration de sa stratégie tarifaire ainsi que dans la mise en oeuvre du mode de gestion qui sera retenu par l'assemblée délibérante.
