Description

L'accord-cadre a pour objet d'assister et d'accompagner le Département sur les prestations ci-dessous afin d'élaborer et conclure un contrat de concession de service pour la gestion et l'exploitation de l'aérodrome du Plessis-Belleville au Département de l'Oise : - réaliser des études fonctionnelles, techniques, architecturales et environnementales (diagnostic des infrastructures, des équipements et des activités) ; - élaborer la stratégie de développement et le programme d'investissement et de gros entretien ; - assister le maitre d'ouvrage dans le choix du futur concessionnaire ; - accompagner le maitre d'ouvrage pour la clôture du contrat de gestion de l'aérodrome.
