Description
Enexis wants to be able to give orders to a test house to carry out various tests for the current and future (NextGen) Smart meters under development in the next 4 years. The work will e.g. exist of: A) Testing the meter/modem combination according to GCF/3GPP standards, KPN requirements and ENEXIS requirements (see the mentioned points above) B) Support at the so called Field Test at Enexis in a harsh environment (in combination with wM-Bus communication) C) Support at the Controlled Roll Out with the first 300 meters at customers. Suitability requirements of the testhouse 1. Testhouse has to have several years of experience in the certification of LTE-M smart meters for the Dutch Market • Several years of expirience in certifiying and testing LTE-M smart meters for the Dutch Market, reflected in sucessfull collaboration with clients as well as OEMs that are supplying utilities with devices. • Utilizing best practices gathered from global experience working with latest cellular standards including among all LTE-M and drawing from a proven internally developed test set, designed to meet client/operator specific technical features. • A certified Lab which is well equiped and w…
