Description
This procurement is planned through a direct procurement, as the contracting authority believes that there is, in this procurement, legal basis for not announcing, cf. §12-1(5) cf. §13-4b)3. Rolling-out of fibre for the areas Åsen centre by Hammervatnet (1 household) and Hoklingen (6+9 households). The system shall establish FTH, fibre offers for private households. There is only one supplier who has established fibre around the mentioned areas and we will enter into contract with the tenderer (NTE Telecom AS), as we consider it unrealistic that others will be able to develop fibre and establish broadband systems. It is difficult to achieve a real competition, as other equivalent suppliers must connect to connection points that are further away. NTE Telecom AS broadband has the existing network and close connection points.
