Es wird eine Rahmenvertrag zur Beschaffung von MFP’s und deren Dienstleistungen mit einer Laufzeit von 5 (fünf) Jahren und einer optionalen Verlängerung um 3 (drei) mal weitere 12 Monate abgeschlossen. Der Beschaffungsgegenstand beinhaltet folgende Punkte: - Multifunktionsprinter MFP (Mietverträge), inklusive Zubehör, Lizenzen und Versicherungen - Verbrauchskosten (Clickpreis) - Support und Wartung (Servicevertrag) - Abrechnungssoftware inkl. Anbindung zum Polyright/Secanda System und Einbindung der FH-Card - Managed Print Services - FollowMe Printing, Direct-Printing und Cloud Printing für öffentliches Drucken - Reporting
