Description
Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für diverse Wirkstoffe im Rahmen eines sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens: Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.02.2026. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 24 Monate.
