Description

Boligforeningen Århus Omegn og Luplau og Poulsen ApS indgik den 29. februar 2024 bygherrerådgivningsaftale om udbud af nyt alment boligprojekt "Fællesskabet Serinedalen" i totalentreprise. Projektet indbefatter opførelse af ca. 8.544 etagemeter almene boliger. Luplau og Poulsen ApS modtager et rådgiverhonorar for udførelse af opgaven på kr. 1.550.000 ekskl. moms. Som led i udbuddet af totalentreprisekontrakten forpligtes den kommende totalentreprenør til at indgå arkitektrådgivningskontrakt med Luplau og Poulsen ApS om arkitektrådgivning til det videre forløb. Aftale herom indgås direkte mellem Luplau og Poulsen ApS og den kommende totalentreprenør og Boligforeningen Århus Omegn er ikke part på denne aftale. Værdien af arkitektrådgivningsaftalen mellem den kommende totalentreprenør og Luplau og Poulsen ApS udgør kr. 3.844.800 ekskl. moms."
