Inom Trafikförvaltningens Resenärsservice ska ett ärendehanteringssystem inklusive kundregister upphandlas då nuvarande avtal avslutas. SL, Waxholmsbolaget och Färdtjänst erbjuder idag kundtjänstservice via flertalet kanaler såsom telefon, epost, chat etc. Trafikförvaltningen har genom avtalad kundtjänstleverantör ca 120 medarbetare som dagligen arbetar med att bemöta resenärers förfrågningar, reklamationer och behov av information om våra produkter och tjänster.
