Description
Åda Ab inbjuder härmed intresserade ekonomiska aktörer att delta i upphandlingen avseende ett ramavtal för Sähke 2 certifierat ärendehanteringssystem. Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal med en anbudsgivare. Syftet med upphandlingen av ramavtalet är att bereda möjlighet för ägarna att avropa ärendehanteringssystem i den omfattning de har behov av. Förväntan på ramavtalet är att tjänsten ska vara flexibel nog att kunna tillgodose landskapsregeringens, kommunernas och kommunalförbundens varierande behov. Föremålet för upphandlingen avser ett ärendehanteringssystem som tjänst där anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla: - Ärendehanteringssystem i enlighet med kravspecifikation, - Support och underhåll, - Utvecklings- och uppdateringsarbete, - Projektledning, kundspecifik utveckling, utbildning med mera, samt - Stöd för integration till övriga system.
