Description
Im Rahmen des VgV-Verfahrens soll ein Architekturbüro für den Umbau mit Erweiterungsneubau in Heumaden (Stuttgart-Sillenbuch) ermittelt und beauftragt werden. Für die Baukosten des Mensagebäudes werden 3,5 Mio. Euro netto (Kostengruppen 300 und 400) veranschlagt. Die Sanierungskosten belaufen sich auf ca. 14,9 Mio. Euro netto (Kostengruppen 300 und 400).
