Description
Der Rat der Kreisstadt Unna hat den OGS Umbau/Sanierung in der Katharinenschule, Bornekampstraße 1 in 59423 Unna beschlossen. Hierzu sind die Innenräume den neuen Nutzungsanforderungen durch bauliche Veränderungen anzupassen und die Bestandsgebäude zu sanieren. Die NRF (Netto-Raumfläche) für die die Schule liegt derzeit bei ca. 2.278 m2 ohne Nebenräume. Für das Vorhaben liegt ein Konzept der Phase 0 für die Umbau- und Sanierungsarbeiten vor, welches die Grundlage der weiteren Planung werden soll.
