Description
UiT The Arctic University of Norway would like to enter into framework agreements for architect services for new buildings, renovation, alterations as well as operation and maintenance of buildings and outdoor installations at UiT.
Award criteria
- Price — The price criterium will be evaluated based on the estimated consumption per annum. The total sum will be evaluated.
- Quality — Competence and experience of offered consultants beyond the minimum requirements is evaluated under this criteria, see point 3.4.
