Description

Aanbestedende dienst is voornemens om één (1) Opdracht te verstrekken aan één (1) architectenbureau voor de uitvoering van de architectonisch- en stedenbouwkundig advies- en ontwerpwerkzaamheden aangaande de nieuwbouw voor het KC te Enter. Gefaseerde ontwerpopdracht tot en met Technisch Ontwerp (TO) en bestek. Ook de technische en esthetische ondersteuning (van de directievoerder en toezichthouder) van Opdrachtgever in de fases “UO” en “Uitvoering-Directievoering” behoort tot de scope van de werkzaamheden. De directievoering en het toezicht zelf, behoren niet tot de scope van de Opdracht.
