De scope van de opdracht omvat de volledige uitwerking van het project Multimodale knoop Eindhoven (MMK) binnen de discipline architectendiensten. Daartoe dient in hoofdlijnen via Value Engineering te worden gekomen tot een Integraal Schetsontwerp en een Integraal Voorlopig Ontwerp, passend bij het projectbudget. Inclusief de onderzoeken die nodig zijn voor de Ruimtelijke procedures. Het project bestaat in hoofdzaak, maar niet limitatief uit: Een ondergronds busstation inclusief bus tunnels, een ondergrondse fietsparkeerplaatsen, een stationshal, een stationsplein, vastgoed op het stationsplein en twee perrons.
