Description
De Aanbestedende Dienst is voornemens om de Multifunctionele Accommodatie (MFA) Gorssel te gaan realiseren op de huidige locatie van de Vullerschool. In de MFA zijn verschillende maatschappelijk diensten zoals sport, onderwijs, kinderopvang, zorg, en andere maatschappelijke functies op één centrale plek vertegenwoordigd. In een duurzaam en efficiënt gebouw kan van gemeenschappelijke ruimten en personeel gebruik worden gemaakt, waardoor synergievoordelen ontstaan op het gebied van exploitatie. De indicatieve omvang van de MFA bedraagt circa 6.000 – 6.500 m2 BVO inclusief half verdiepte parkeerkelder. 6.000 - 6.500 m2 bvo
