Description
De inschrijver wordt gevraagd invulling te geven aan drie trajecten arbeidsparticipatie. Dit houdt in de organisatie en uitvoering van de MAP en de toevoegingen daarbij vanuit Eindhoven middels vervolgtrajecten. Dit betreft de vervolgtrajecten Aan de slag en ondersteuning tijdens het LKS-traject. Daarbij is van groot belang dat er vanuit de inschrijver veel aandacht is voor persoonlijke begeleiding, ondersteuning en coaching.
