Het COA heeft behoefte aan een externe partij die haar op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en jobmarketing zowel strategisch als operationeel kan ondersteunen. De focus ligt op het adviseren over de inzet van arbeidsmarktcommunicatiekanalen, het inkopen en optimaliseren van media en het ondersteunen bij de uitvoering en coördinatie van activiteiten. De maximale contractwaarde van deze opdracht is: € 3.900.000 exclusief btw, exclusief indexatie(s)
