Description
Contratação de serviços de conceção, implementação e manutenção do Portal dos Territórios Inteligentes: a) Desenvolvimento do portal, efetuado em 2 fases: a disponibilização de um MVP (Produto Viável Mínimo) e o desenvolvimento subsequente dos restantes requisitos e funcionalidades; b) Alojamento e manutenção, nomeadamente o alojamento da infraestrutura em cloud e o suporte (manutenção corretiva e atualizações necessárias); c) Desenvolvimentos que se revelem necessários durante a execução do contrato, realizados através de uma bolsa de horas de até 300 horas.
