Procedura ristretta ai sensi dell'art. 17 del D.Lgs. 208/2011 e art. 72 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, con applicazione del minor prezzo (art 108 c. 3 del D.Lgs n. 36/2023 in quanto trattasi di beni con caratteristiche standardizzate con basso contenuto tecnologico).
