La présente consultation porte sur la conclusion d'un accord-cadre pour un approvisionnement sécurisé en médicaments en poches de solution pour perfusion Le Resah agit en tant que centrale d'achat au titre de l'article L. 2113-2, 2° du Code (« intermédiaire »). Les fournitures et services sont destinés à satisfaire les besoins de tout organisme répondant à la définition de « Bénéficiaire Potentiel » au sens du CCP.
