Description

The purpose of this Tender competition is to appoint a Term Maintenance Contractor for Buildings Repair and Maintenance, for a period of up to 4 year period, to cover all MIC buildings across both campuses. The initial award will be for a period of 2 years; and may be extended by a further one year period up to twice, so the overall maximum contract duration is 4 years. The purpose of this Tender competition is to procure a Building Contractor to enter into a term maintenance contract for buildings repair and maintenance services and undertaking of minor works to modify or refurbish spaces.
