Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung von Lizenzen (Subscription/ Miete) inkl. Softwarepflege und Support sowie der Erbringung von Dienstleistungen (externe Unterstützung für Produktintegration) über ein Aplikation Performance Monitoring Tool, für den Eigenbetrieb BWI und Zielbetrieb Bundeswehr, in Höhe von ca. 2.736.000,00 Euro netto (Ober grenze: 4.104.000,00 Euro netto ) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens (gem. § 15 VgV) abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren und einer optionalen Vertragsverlängerung von zweimal zwölf Monaten abgeschlossen (vier Jahre Gesamtlaufzeit gem. § 21 Abs. 6 VgV).
