Description
De Kansspelautoriteit zoekt een opdrachtnemer die Ksa kan voorzien in dienstverlening rondom haar Exact omgeving. De Exact omgeving (met onder andere Exact Financials Enterprise en Exact Synergy Enterprise) vormt een geheel aan centrale applicaties waarin kritische bedrijfsprocessen worden ondersteund. Exact is op dit moment ingericht als onderdeel van de bedrijfsvoering van de Ksa en bevat onder meer bestaande administratieve processen, stamdata, autorisaties, rapportages, koppelingen, specifieke inrichting een aanpassingen aan werkprocessen, workflows, controles en historische gegevens. Momenteel maken 10 gebruikers gebruik van Exact Financials Enterprise. Momenteel maken 230 (professional licenties) gebruikers gebruik van Exact Synergy Enterprise van de ingerichte workflows en selfservice. En er zijn 50 zware gebruikers die gebruik maken van Exact Synergy Enterprise.
