Description
Deze aanbesteding heeft als doel om één onderneming te contracteren voor leveren van een standaard geteste en/of bewezen ICT-oplossing (op basis van Software-as-a-Service) ten behoeve van het werving en selectieproces (applicant tracking systeem) en aanpalende diensten met in achtneming van de eisen zoals opgenomen in de Overeenkomst en in de Aanbestedingsleidraad welke de mogelijkheid biedt om in te spelen op toekomstige ontwikkelingen. Een tool voor het werven en selecteren van kandidaten, gestuurd via de workflow van vacaturestromen (vacaturegestuurd proces) inclusief bijbehorende dashboards en stuurinformatie. Dit tezamen vormt de Oplossing. Deze Oplossing dient aansluiting te vinden met het systeem AFAS . In het systeem AFAS zijn alle personeels-, salarisadministratie-, Finance en Inkoopprocessen ondergebracht.
