Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung je Los mit einem Unternehmen (Auftragnehmer) nach § 21 Abs. 1 und 3 VgV und einer (Grund-) Vertragslaufzeit von 12 (zwölf) Monaten mit der einseitig zugunsten des KRZN bestehenden Option einer maximal dreimaligen, jeweils zwölfmonatigen Verlängerung (d.h. bis zu einer Gesamtvertragslaufzeit von 48 Monaten) über die produkt-/herstellerspezifische Lieferung von Produkten des Herstellers Apple in unterschiedlichen Leistungsklassen bzw. Apple-Produktlinien nebst Systemzubehör inkl. damit verbundener Dienstleistungen in Form einer EVB-IT Rahmenvereinbarung je Los.
