Description
Le Danemark, représenté au Mali par l’Ambassade Royale du Danemark (ARD) a conclu un contrat avec un auditeur (Consultant) afin de exécuter des audits sur le cadre de transition 2024-2027 des engagements danois en Mali. L'étendue de l'audit comprend un audit financier qui inclut des procédures de conformité et de performance. L'audit financier doit être effectué conformément aux normes internationales d'audit (ISA). L'objectif du Service est de recevoir l'opinion des auditeurs indépendants sur les états financiers en ce qui concerne l'utilisation de la subvention et de confirmer que les fonds Danida ont été utilisés aux fins prévues de manière efficace et économique conformément aux conventions de financement entre Danida et le Mali et aux règlements financiers et directives. Le Consultant doit examiner si les états financiers des activités financées présentent fidèlement, dans tous leurs aspects significatifs, les recettes perçues, les coûts encourus et les produits et l'assistance technique achetés directement dans le cadre du programme pour la période auditée, conformément aux termes des accords et aux principes comptables généralement acceptés ou à d'autres bases comptables glo…
