Description
Les prestations s'appuient sur les réglementations SIA 102, 103, 105, 108 (édition 2014), SIA 261 et le dépliant SIA 062 « Bâtiments scolaires ». La description du service comprend les phases 3 de la planification du projet jusqu'à la 5ème mise en œuvre du service SIA. Au début de l'avant-projet SIA performance phase 31, une étude de variante/optimisation (chauffage, rafraîchissement, ventilation, plomberie, électricité, spatial, etc.) est attendue. Les différentes options sont examinées et présentées au comité décisionnel. La coordination spécialisée est assurée par le planificateur technique du bâtiment.
