Le présent contrat-cadre a pour objet la fourniture, remplacement et installation de clés et barillets au sein des locaux du Parlement européen à Bruxelles. Les interventions sont prévues dans les bâtiments occupés ou en travaux. Ce contrat inclut, parmi d’autres: 1. Fourniture de clés sur base ou en extension des systèmes existants; 2. Fourniture de barillets sur base ou en extension des systèmes existants; 3. Pose/remplacement de barillets; 4. Fourniture de boitiers clés sécurisés; 5. Fourniture de cadenas à code; 6. Fourniture de poignées à code; 7. Élaboration et/ou mise à jour du « Plans Clés » en accord avec le gestionnaire du Parlement européen.
