Description

La présente consultation concerne l'établissement d'un contrat-cadre pour la mise en place du Service Desk et Support aux Infrastructures pour une durée de 5 ans. L’appel d’offres est composé de deux parties : Etape 1 : Appel à candidatures sur la base d’un résumé du cahier des charges avec communication des critères d'éligibilité devant être satisfaits pour obtenir l’ensemble du dossier de l’appel d’offres Etape 2 : Les sociétés eligibles seront invitées à présenter une offre portant sur la réalisation des prestations. A ce stade nous attendons un petit aperçu de l’offre packagée sans aucune personnalisation / adaptation à notre besoin.
