Description

La présente consultation concerne la phase de dépôt des candidatures du concours restreint de maîtrise d'oeuvre ayant pour objet la restructuration du groupe scolaire les Vingt-Arpents. Le groupe scolaire est composé d'une école élémentaire, Joliot-Curie, d'une école maternelle George Sand, d'un centre de loisirs Louise Michel.et d'une restauration. La restructuration du groupe scolaire comprend : - Une tranche 1 : construction de la restauration et de l'ALSH - Une tranche 2 : construction de l'école maternelle - Une tranche 3 : réhabilitation de l'école élémentaire La partie de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est estimée à 12 370 000,00 euro(s) H.T
