Description

La ricettività massima del Nido comunale “Pollicino” è, attualmente, di 64 utenti (capienza massima della struttura come da ultima Autorizzazione al funzionamento). Si richiama, tuttavia, la L.R. n. 19/2016 e relativa Direttiva attuativa DGR n. 1564/20217 §2.4. a) a mente del quale: "Indipendentemente dalla capienza della struttura, in considerazione dello scarto accertato tra bambini iscritti e reali frequentanti, i soggetti gestori potranno iscrivere un numero di bambini superiore alla ricettività della struttura nella misura massima del 15%, fatto salvo il rispetto del rapporto numerico di cui al paragrafo 2.8.b, che andrà calcolato sul numero dei bambini effettivamente iscritti". Pertanto, a fronte dei 52 posti convenzionati previsti a bando, il Gestore avrà la possibilità di amministrare indicativamente, in regime privatistico, un totale di 18/20 posti.
