Η παρούσα Σύμβαση είναι μεικτή Σύμβαση Έργου και Προμήθειας και αφορά στην κατασκευή των δικτύων αποχέτευσης λυμάτων των οικισμών του Νοτίου Τμήματος της Νήσου Κυθήρων στην αναβάθμιση, επέκταση και εκσυγχρονισμό της ΕΕΛ Κυθήρων – Καψαλίου για εκροή κατάλληλη προς επαναχρησιμοποίηση, στην εγκατάσταση τηλεμετρίας και τηλεελέγχου της λειτουργίας των αντλιοστασίων του δικτύου αποχέτευσης, ως άνω, και στην εγκατάσταση Φ/Β πάρκου συνολικής ισχύος 499,62 kW.
