Planuojama įsigyti informacinės sistemos AAVKIS funkcionalumus, modernizuojant esamą AADIS sistemą ir sistemos funkcionalumą, pritaikytą pirkimo techninėje specifikacijoje paminėtų reglamentuojančiais teisės aktais apibrėžtoms funkcijoms įgyvendinti ir numatytiems duomenims saugoti bei teikti juos per integracines sąsajas. Sukurtos sistemos tikslas - užtikrinti efektyvų aplinkos apsaugos valstybinės kontrolės valdymą.
