La présente consultation concerne la conduite, l'entretien, et la maintenance des installations d'eau sanitaire pour le site de l'Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Marseille (AP-HM) LA TIMONE. La consultation concerne un accord-cadre composite (forfait et bons de commande) non alloti. Le descriptif techniques des prestations demandées est décrit au CCTP Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le montant estimatif précisé dans la rubrique "valeur estimée HT" est donné à titre indicatif. Il comprend les options (prestations similaires et reconductions) et est non contractuel.
