Description

Le projet vise à prolonger le contrat de licence de type « Software as a Service » de la Solution ITSM (IT Service Management) qui échoit en décembre 2025. Le nouveau contrat devra débuter en janvier 2026. La Solution ITSM s’appuie sur le progiciel Cloud BMC Helix ITSM de BMC Software. Des prestations de consulting ponctuelles et optionnelles dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre d’évolution de la Solution ITSM pourront être réalisées par le soumissionnaire après la signature du contrat de licences.
