AO 06D20/2025/M035 USUFRUIT D’ESPACES IMMOBILIERS POUR LE PARLEMENT EUROPEEN À BRUXELLES Le présent avis est destiné à informer les acteurs du marché immobilier ainsi que toute autre partie intéressée, sur les prévisions des besoins immobilier du Parlement européen à Bruxelles et à recueillir les noms des opérateurs susceptibles d’être intéressés par la procédure de prospection immobilière. Le Parlement européen pourra ensuite recueillir à une/des procédures « négociées » sans publication préalable d’un avis de marché, conformément aux dispositions du Règlement (UE, Euratom) 2024/2509 U PARLEMENT EUROPÉEN ET DU CONSEIL du 23 septembre 2024 Lors de cette négociation, les pré-équipements à inclure dans le cadre de l’usufruit, seront déterminés.
