Description
The Geophysical Institute at the University of Bergen intends to acquire four (4) oceanographic acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP) instruments and four (4) flotation buoys with frames. To obtain more detailed information about the extent and content of the procurement, please refer to Contract Appendix 1.
Award criteria
- Quality — The term 'technical and functional solution' refers to the extent to which the supplier's proposed solution aligns with the technical and functional requirements specified in Appendix 1.
- Cost — The Supplier shall complete the price matrix. Deviation from the price matrix can result in rejection.
- Quality — Tenderers must provide a guaranteed delivery time.
