Description
Die BITMARCK Service GmbH (nachfolgend: "BITMARCK") hat am 28. Juni 2019 mit der Research Industrial Systems Engineering (RISE) Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Großprojektberatung GmbH (nachfolgend: "RISE") einen EVB-IT Systemvertrag über die Erstellung und Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft einer von der gematik GmbH (nachfolgend: "gematik") zugelassenen elektronischen Patientenakte (nachfolgend: "ePA") entsprechend dem gesetzlichen Leitbild gem. § 334 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 SGB i.V.m. §§ 341 ff. SGB V als Gesamtsystem ausgeschrieben. Die gematik hat im März, Oktober und November 2024 neue, das ePA-Gesamtsystem betreffende und zulassungsrelevante Spezifikationen veröffentlicht. Das aktuelle ePA-Gesamtsystem muss daher an die neuen Spezifikationen angepasst werden. BITMARCK hat die RISE mit konkreten Anpassungsleistungen beauftragt.
