Description
Notice of intention - change of contract with Setesdal Bilruter AS - scheduled transport and booked transport by bus in Farsund, Lyngdal, Hægebostad, Lindesnes and Kristiansand. In the process of setting up public transport in Agder county municipality in an appropriate way, and taking into account new travel habits and efficiency considerations, Agder kollektitrafikk AS intends to extend the contract with Setesdal Bilruter AS for scheduled transport and on-demand transport by bus in Farsund, Lyngdal, Hægebostad, Lindesnes and Kristiansand ("Bussdjenester i West") by incorporating parts of the route area that fall within the current contract for route transport and order transport by bus in the Flekkefjord, Kvinesdal and Sirdal route areas ("Flekkefjord contract"). Bus services in Vest were entered into in June 2021 with a duration until 31 December 2029, in addition, AKT has options to extend the contract up to and including 30 June 2032. Estimated volume under the contract is 2.4-2.5 million route kilometers per year distributed among approx. 70 buses on the route.
