Description
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Ankauf von Biotopwertpunkten von staatlich anerkannten gewerblichen oder vergleichbar geeigneten Ökokontobetreibern. Das Staatliche Bauamt Weilheim als Baulastträger ist bestrebt, über den Ankauf von 325.000 Wertpunkten aus 1 - 2 Ökokonten die Kompensationsverpflichtung gem. BayKompV (vom 07.08.2013) für ein Bauvorhaben zu erfüllen.
