Description

Die GKL plant eine umfassende Modernisierung und Erweiterung ihrer IT-Systeme, die die Verwaltung von Lotterien, Kundendaten („CRM-System“) und den Online-Verkauf von Losen („E-Commerce“ bzw. „Webshop“) umfassen. Das Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein integriertes Gesamtsystem zu beschaffen, das auf Standardsoftware basiert und eine effiziente und benutzerfreundliche Abwicklung der gesamten Lotterieprozesse ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus soll – neben der Beschaffung von Standardsoftware – ein neues individuelles Modul für die „Klassenlotterie“ entwickelt und implementiert werden.
