Αντικείμενο του Έργου είναι η μελέτη και η κατασκευή όλων των εργασιών που απαιτούνται για την αναβάθμιση, αναδιαρρύθμιση, ανακαίνιση και εκσυγχρονισμό του Τ.Ε.Π. ακολουθώντας τις ισχύουσες προδιαγραφές και την πρότυπη μελέτη Τ.Ε.Π. του Υπουργείου Υγείας, καθώς και άλλων λειτουργικών τμημάτων και υποδομών (κτιριακών, Η/Μ περιβάλλοντος χώρου κλπ) του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αλεξανδρούπολης (Π.Γ.Ν.Α.) με στόχο την ποιοτική και ασφαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών υγείας.
