Η υπό ανάθεση μελέτη αφορά στην υλοποίηση έργου ανάπλασης αστικών οδών και κοινόχρηστων χώρων της περιοχής επέκτασης της Θέρμης, και συγκεκριμένα: α. την κατασκευή πεζοδρόμων, πεζοδρομίων, χώρων πρασίνου, ασφαλτοστρώσεων και ηλεκτροφωτισμού τμήματος δικτύου οδών, και β. αναπλάσεις κοινόχρηστων χώρων στις όχθες υδατορέματος, καθώς και χώρων πρασίνου παραπλεύρως του υδατορέματος.
